The lay-out is like this (From the stage)
There are flowers baskets in front of the stages
Among the total 28 flowers baskets/stands there
18 of them were sent from Jerry's fans sites
The 14 flowers baskets/stands arranged by Yanchengxu.net and nbbbs are quite eyeball catching
As A3-size cardboards with Jerry's picture were used on them
Facing the flowers baskets/stands, there are 5 to 6 rows of VIP seats
Behind the VIP section, there is a barrier
Behind the barrier, there are 3 to 4 rows of seats for the press
Behing them, there is a small stage set up for the cameramen
Now there are about 5 to 6 cameramen getting ready
On the first floor/level,fans are located on both sides（should not be too many Jerry fans）
On the 2nd floor/level, a majority of fans are Jerry fans
The same on the 3rd floor/level （87's group is located on the 3rd floor/level）
Jerry fans' flowers baskets/stands were arrived at the site at around 4 to 5pm
Each time, only 3 to 4 flowers baskets/stands could be transferred using a trolley
At first, Jerry fans didn't have much response

The third part was giving an charity award medal/certificate to each member of F4
Master was the first to get it this time
The fourth part was giving a VIP card to each member of F4 by the AMP Mall management
With this card, F4 can purchase in this mall with unlimited amount

The fifth part was making a toast

According to Joyce, the APM PR Department didn't inform her that it is ok to place the flowers baskets in front of the stage until 5pm on the 16th. So she immediately contacted "Jerry's Families" and fans clubs in different countries/places. On the 17th, while she was waiting for the reply from the floral shop owner and the celebration words from different fans groups, she started to design the cardboards be placed on the flowers baskets, she didn't finish her part until 12:30 am on the 18th. Although her part was finished, Polly27k's work just started. Polly27k helped to complete the final version of the cardboards and to print them out, and she didn't finish until 4am in the morning. Also, thanks Polly27k and Fonda to help with the arrangement at the floral shop.
