Jerry Yan, Lack of self-confidence during High School

When i was studying in high school, students were busily having
making friends outside school. As the monintor, i had to earn money
by working, i didn't have time to click with the rest, there was a
distance between me and the classmates.
I don't want it to be like this either, i envy how others have time
to play, to have girlfriends, while i have to struggle for my life.
The only time i joined in their session of making friends, a whole
group of boys and girls gathering together with more than ten
motorbikes, along Bai Sha Wan. It was actually very happy, but, on
the back way home, my lousy motorbike refused to move. After half an
hour, everyone was staring at me, i was so embarrassed that how i
wish i could hide my head in the exhaust pipe. So, i had invite
everyone to leave first while i pushed my motorbike for repair. I
couldn't remember the girl whom i drove, probably i was so embarassed
then that i'll rather forget it.
I was a little close-up, though my appearence wasn't that bad, i was
so embarrassed in front of the girls. When other people talk about
girls , good cars. The motorbike which i bought second-hand from a
friend was my precious. Maybe it was due to the lack of self-
confidence, i had little interest for meeting friends. Not to mention
chasing a girl, i would rather enjoy the feeling of liking someone
secretly, this is also me liking the girl next door for 3 years but i
didn't tell her.
We did not start, do i feel regrets ? Not at all, maybe other do not
believe, but i placed value in my heart, it'll be easier to be
happier this way, so i only show concern beside her;She loves
singing, and she joins the school competition, and i'll quietly
encourage her downstage. If we went steady, who knows, probably
breakup after 3 months. How good is this, you don't have to show
responsibility, not need to present flowers during Valentines,having
meals, how saving money ! As we never knew each other, she is so
perfect within me and it was never broken.
When Happy Sunday crew told me they have found her, i was so
suprised, i didn't think i would see her again. After the recording,
i wanted to leave her phone number down, but i felt it wasn't right
as she was getting married soon, people might think i have motives
for doing that, so forget it, it shall be placed as a beautiful
memory forever.
