DFX: How did you know the headmaster of Pi Li University?
LL: His father was my coach when I played basketball in college. His name was Li Tian. He established the first Pi Li University basketball team and he led the team to win the Champion of the College Basketball League. At that time, we were also called the Pi Li Five Heroes.

On Pi Li University's campus, as DFX and Lao Lu walked to the headmaster's office.
Li Zi Ping: Hi, Lao Lu, long time no see.
Lao Lu: Long time no see.
LZP: And this is?
LL: DFX, the only son of Mr. Dong Fang.
LZP: DFX, welcome to transfer here any time. It is a pleasure of Pi Li University.
DFX: But I like to say in advance. I won't play basketball any more.

YDY and Li Ying/W were walking on the campus. Li told YDY that she was sent to overseas by her grandfather at 9 Yrs. old. Then W clarified that she was not a player and she doesn't know how to play, as she had asthma since birth. Actually, she had a PhD and she was hired by NBA as consultant, as she had a talent to easily recognize a player's potentials. Her name, W, was referred by the foreigners as Win (kkla: her Chinese name, Ying, also means win). She continued pursuading YDY to join the Pi Li Team. When W questioned how's his basketball skills? YDY stated that he knew how to do slamdunk. Then YDY borrowed a basketball and tried to show his skills to W, but he waited and waited, and finally he told the people who rushed him that he would do the "Kang Long Bu Hui - Whirlwind style slamdunk. When he was about to shoot the basket, DFX appeared with Li Zi Ping and Lao Lu.
Li Zi Ping: How come you are here?

On the other side, DFX and his belongings arrived at the dorm. After he checked out the place,
DFX: Lao Lu, ask them to pack all the things back on the truck. We will find another place. It's too small here.
Li Ying and YDY found out that the basketball group's located at an unattended building. As they walked down to the basement, they found the only real member of the basketball team, Du Fei. DF indicates after the team was called Pi Li Five Dummies, the team was disbanded, and no teacher had been signed to the group. Even after YDY stated to join the team, with Du Fei and 2 hidden/ex-team members/brothers, Qi Xiao Yun and Qi Xiao Yu, they still needed one more member. They thought of DFX and YDY volunteered to persuade DFX.
YDY and Du Fei found DFX in the classroom. Du Fei introduced himself and invited DFX to join the basketball group. DFX didn't give him any response and Du Fei asked for YDY's help.
YDY: Wei, I...
(DFX pushed YDY's head in the gap between his desk and the chair in front)
DFX: Not interested.
YDY: Where is DFX?
(YDY caught DFX in the hallway)
YDY: Stand still as I told you.
(DFX stopped)
YDY: You may not have heard about me, but never mind. Let me be blunt. I may be the one who is as strong as you in the court, or may be even slightly better than you.
(DFX started walking)
YDY: Heyyyy! How about this? Let's make a bet. Other than if you lose, you will join the basketball team, if I lose, I will add a large half-beef, half-tendon noodle soup with egg. How about that?

Episode one - 01
In the court, YDY (Show) was getting ready to shoot the basket. In the court, DFX (Jerry) sat on the side and refused to play. It was the Champion game but Xuan Wu Team was 3 points behind. Wu Ji Zun (Wu Zun) and his brother, Wu Ji Wei, hid in the audience to observe DFX. Finally, after the coach begged DFX with his knees down, and swore that he would never attack him personally, otherwise, he would downgrade himself to teach in Pi Li University, DFX agreed to play and won the game. When YDY was about to shoot the basket, his grandmother found out, and chased him down the street.
After the theme song, YDY was scolded and slashed by his grandmother for playing basketball, as he was prohibited by his grandmother to play since birth. Then his grandmother had a heart attack and died in the hospital.
After YDY checked a box belonged to his grandmother, he found out that his grandmother was a famous basketball player when she was young, but due to some reasons, she prohibited YDY to play. In the letter she left, after she died, she allowed YDY to play, and asked him to find a man who will take care of his living and help him filfill his basketball dream. On his way, he accidentially dropped the baskeball left by his grandmother, YDY met WJZ and DFX for the first time, and showed his excellent jumping skill.
At the airport, Li Ying/W (Jiang Yi) was surrounded by the media and picked up by her father.
At DFX's home,
DFX's father: Xiang, regarding quitting current school, how come you didn't mention it to me?
DFX: Well, I am informing you now. I quitted my school.
DFX's father: So why is that? Did anyone make you unhappy at school? I am the Chairman of the School Board. I can take care of it.
What is really going on? If you quit, then what will happen to the basketball team? Without you, does that mean the team is going to be finished?
